This place rocks, everyone who is giving negative reviews doesn’t know what they are buying. It’s like 35 bucks for a full detail, they clean out the inside, vacuum, and wipe everything down, do your mats, and run you through the automated car wash. If you want your car professionally detailed then go pay like 250$ for it but that’s not what this is. This place is quick and effective and I have only had positive experiences here. Y’all are on one with these negative reviews, I bet you also leave reviews about the quality at McDonald’s.

Please read the negative reviews, all says the same thing. Just bought a new car, and I belong to a monthly wash club. I usually wash it myself, dry it, clean the inside. So I know my car and any ding that is on it if any. I brought it to this place on a whim, paid for the high wash package. After it went through the wash and they somewhat cleaned it, I had to go around and clean after them because it was such a bad job. I noticed a lot of scratches on my new car that literally has only 200 miles on it. I brought it up to the manager, he told me he used to work for dealerships and they sell the cars scratched…..well I also used to sell cars and there was no way we would deliver a car scratched. He was very rude and dismissive and did not take responsibility for anything. Photos are added…unfortunately the color of the car makes it a little harder to see the scratches. Also the interior was not as clean, also one picture added (I cleaned the rest of the interior before the pictures. After reviewing other negative reviews it seems all of them have scratches in the same spots. I again went inside and asked if he is going to take responsibility for what his car wash did, he said no a

This is the only full service car wash in the entire area (that I’m aware of), so it’s not like you have options. They do a pretty good job for the most part, but one thing that’s really frustrating is how smeared they always leave the windshield. Also they don’t use anything to actually clean the dash, they just dust it; but this time they didn’t even dust it. For $40, I expect more. But what are you going to do when this is the only game in town.

BAD SERVICE AT 10:04 am on. Sat 17 2026. They were kind at the beginning, but They didn’t even watch the car properly they’re still watermarks plus they scratched all over my car. I GOT THE HIGHER SERVICE THAT COST ME $37.27 I TRIED TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE VERY POLITE BUT THEY ACTED REALLY RUDE. And didn’t even help. And some of the workers wiped out the scratches to minimise the issue while I was trying to address this crashes in the office. Shady Place.

This is by far the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Completely unskilled untrained employees. Every time I’ve ever come here It’s always a half effort job. Everything is still dirty, bug splatter doesn't get wiped off, and this time they ruined my paint and sait it was existing. Seriously? It's a brand new vehicle with less than 2000 miles. My theory is that they used dirty rags laying on the asphalt, of which there are many. Going to try and take them to small claims for the damage.
